Our BS5837 tree surveys and reports identify tree constraints and assess development proposals. The agreed scope may include an Arboricultural Impact Assessment, Arboricultural Method Statement and Tree Protection Plan.
Advice for existing trees and property purchases
Tree condition and safety surveys cover individual trees and larger sites, with practical recommendations for management, monitoring or further assessment where justified. For school grounds, care homes and estates, a site plan helps identify the areas to be inspected.
If an existing inspection recommends closer assessment of suspected internal decay, decay investigation and Resistograph testing can be discussed. Testing is not a routine requirement for every tree.
